MILWAUKEE-AREA DON BEEBE’S HOUSE OF SPEED HOSTS FOOTBALL COMBINE AND ACADEMY TO PREP YOUNG ATHLETES WHO HAVE DREAMS OF PLAYING BEYOND HIGH SCHOOL
MAY 4TH, 2013 – MILWAUKEE, Wis. – HOUSE OF SPEED FOOTBALL COMBINE
For high school athletes looking to improve their chances at getting the attention of college coaches, Don Beebe’s House of Speed is hosting a special Combine Test Day with Position Skills Evaluation on Saturday, May 4th at its Brookfield location – Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex 19485 W. Lisbon Road, Brookfield, WI.
Wisconsin Sports Network will be holding a Media Day at the event giving increased exposure for each athlete’s results on wissports.net. We also anticipate representatives from multiple Universities to attend the combine. In addition, enjoy an informational presentation with Jason Lauren of National Scouting Report to discuss the recruiting process, SAT/ACT preparation and answer questions relating to being a student athlete.
Combine purpose is the documentation of your athletic skill level and measurables at an officially recognized football combine—a term coined in 1984 after the “combining” of the three major NFL recruiting events. A combine tests all players in an equal setting under the same conditions. Preparation for perfecting your form in these drills is highly desired. As a veteran of NFL combines, Don Beebe worked with his House of Speed training teams to develop a program that specifically addressed the needs of athletes who wanted to excel in these drills for local and national combines.
